Many entrepreneurs and executives want to move forward with the process of going public merely for the ability to raise capital through the sale of stock. hey Prof. Sherman, thank you for your input, did you get my email response? that report is something that we put together and i believe that the EU is going to use it for the Mediterranean reconstruction but I’ll keep you posted. For our readers here, we believe that Spain will be next up but during this time keep an eye on the special interest groups supporting IMF and other reconstruction processes and take another step and see where they stand to profit in 8 to 15 years just as they did with Korea and forced globalization after the IMF went in in 1998 – 1999.

It’s unbelievable what people will do for legitimacy these days even if it includes piggybacking off of the good name of another company in order to try to clean up a corroded reputation. the fact of the matter is we were contacted by Sharp, i believe the mans name was andrew and the others was parker, i can’t remember their last names but it never actually came to anything as they were looking for a company to outsource the entire IPO facilitation to as they had never done it on their own. Princeton Corporate Solutions does not believe that the client can be serviced by outsourcing and when the process is outsourced the client is the one who suffers. We actually only take on a few new clients a year as our post IPO client retention rate is 100%. We stay on board with our clients even after we take them public to help with Investor Relations solutions auditing and Merger and Acquisition identification facilitation so it would be impossible as a vendor/consultant/facilitator to even do what Sharp claims to do (though they have never even done it haha) so there is my answer. We do not now and never had any relationship of any kind with this company called sharp capital.

You might have not intended to do so, but I think you’ve managed to express the state of mind that a lot of individuals are in. The sense of wanting to help, but not knowing how or wherever, is something a lot of us are going via.

Do you have an rss feed so i can keep track of when you make another posts on your blog? I’m pretty lazy so i just add my favourite sites to an RSS reader and it tells me when there is new content.

So this is what we have come to in this country. We are unwilling or unable to finance properly the single most important component of our health care system, so we doctors will now kowtow to the rich and throw crumbs to the others. Kind of a metaphor for modern America, eh? I suspect it will get even worse. Soon physicians will abandon primary care altogether. It is what America, by the incentives it presents to us, wants us to do.
